We've been shopping at this location for almost 7 years now and I've never had issues with any of the associates being unprofessional or unwilling to help out. The store is very clean and has a ton of options for shopping needs. A major plus for me is the wider selection of NA beers! Great place to shop.

Always good shopping at Giant. I also use Giant Pharmacy. The service at the pharmacy is excellent!

I like the veggies and fruits here and I use the flash food app a lot here - the lines get a bit long, I’m not sure why grocery stores sell lottery tickets - I think they will have to get a customer service person solely to handle lottery tickets- that would make the rest of us really happy😊 so because I do like the produce and flash food I deal with the lottery tickets at customer service Update: 5/19/24- I was looking to arrange flowers for a youth banquet; last minute searching as my other venues had fallen through. I was pleased with what I was able to put together with what Giant keeps in stock. In the past I had purchased orchids and small gift bouquets, but I was able to pull off a little something for the tables without the budget spiraling- a little festive cheer, good outcome

My most favorite place to get groceries! The produce is always fresh and the baked goods are also freshly made. Prices are good and they have some things that I can't find anywhere else in town. Highly recommended.

Always organized and well-stocked with products they carry. This time I was looking for a gallon of white vinegar for cleaning (not cooking). I couldn't find it. There is a lot of concrete floor to go over, when one is looking for something specific. I wish all large stores had "look-up kiosks," because there are not enough employees working within the shelf areas to ask. By the time one reaches the cashier, it's time to checkout and go home. Cashiers at this store are usually very efficient and careful to pack things as the customer wishes. A few months ago, there was a young pregnant cashier who actually pointed out a ring in the bottom of one of my bags. I had lost weight and my wedding ring had fallen off in a bag. After checking out, I told the manager-on-duty at tge front desk how great that was. The honesty of that one young woman impressed me. I also wish they wood retire that roving robotic device with the "evil eyes." It gets in my path and I cannot avoid bumping it. If it was fitted with a way to ask where things are, it would actually be useful. As it is, it's just CREEPY.

I've been loving Giant lately! Really nice produce that lasts longer than other grocery store's produce in my personal experience. It's worth paying slightly more since I don't end up throwing away half of it that's rotten. They have so many GF, DF, and seed oil free options! Their organic aisle is very nice! And using the app gets you discounts and points towards free gas or groceries.
